Premium Tailgate Lot tickets & upcoming events

If you're headed to Ann Arbor for a big game or event, the Premium Tailgate Lot is where the action really kicks off. It’s more than just a parking spot, it’s a hub of excitement where fans gather to soak in the pre-game buzz, share laughs, and maybe even show off their grill skills. This lot has been a fan favorite since it introduced luxury drink options back in 2011, giving folks a chance to sip on craft beers or fancy cocktails before heading into the stadium. On october 29th, 2026, the lot hosted a lively pre-game magic show in the Exclusive Fan Zone, perfect for entertaining the kids and adults alike. And if you’re into giving back, the lot’s organized benefit events like the one in 2008 that supported local nonprofits, pretty cool, right? Parking here can be reserved for extra comfort, but honestly, the real magic happens in the outdoor gathering areas where the energy is contagious. Just follow the signs down the boulevard to find your way to this vibrant hub, it’s where the real excitement builds before kickoff. Trust me, once you’re there, you’ll feel that electric community vibe that makes Ann Arbor tailgating legendary.
